use:
Sterilise in boiling water between periods. Rinse well between use during flow time. Can be cleaned in less accommodating toilets using toilet paper or cup wipes. Always follow manufactures instructions. It may take you a few days or a few periods to become comfortable with the cup. You may like to experiment with different folding techniques.
